2005 GUDELINES


POOLS:
1. INGROUND POOLS: minimum 3’ to 8’ depth, minimum size 12 x 26 maximum 20 x 40.

2. Above Ground Pools: Minimum 3’ x 5’ depth minimum size 12’x 24’ maximum size 18’ x 34’steel walls.

3. All electrical wiring must be in ground .

ALL IMPROVEMENTS:
All home improvements will require a permit from Henry County.
Definition of improvement, shall mean and include all buildings and roofed structures, parking areas, fences, walls, driveways, swimming pools, changes in any exterior color or shape, new exterior construction or exterior improvement.

LANDSCAPING:
Homeowner’s will not have to get approval to landscape their property. Keep in mind site dimensions, structural design, conformity and harmony of external design and location with neighboring structures and site, relation of finished grades and elevations to neighboring sites, and conformity to both the specific and general intent of the protective covenant.

FOUNTAINS:
Exterior fountains and sculptures will be permitted, however homeowner’s must obtain board approval for size and location. Front yard maximum size 56”H X 40”W .

DECORATIVE FENCE:
Fence will include iron, brick and wood, (6’ foot high) colors natural stain, oat ,walnut, pecan and white. Fencing must start at back corners of your house. NO front yard fencing is allowed. Homeowner’s must obtain Henry county permit and board approval.
